To preserve its brilliance and functionality, we recommend these simple gestures:

• Handle it with care to maintain the suppleness of the leather and the shine of the integrated screen.
• Avoid prolonged exposure to intense heat or humidity, whether from direct sunlight, radiators, or the interior of a car in summer.
• Keep it away from substances that may damage its materials, such as perfumes, creams, oily products, solvents, or makeup.
• In case of splashes or rain, gently dry the leather with a soft cloth, then allow it to rest at room temperature.
• Do not overload your bag in order to preserve its original silhouette and structure.
• Limit contact with fabrics that may transfer color, especially with light shades (and vice versa with darker ones).
• Clean the transparent surface of the screen only with a dry microfiber cloth, without liquids or abrasive products.
• When not in use, store your bag in its protective case, in a temperate, light-free environment, lightly filled with neutral paper to maintain its shape.
• For any issue or in case of deep maintenance, our customer service remains at your disposal.

Delivery
At PEUTY, we place the utmost importance on ensuring that your Infinity bag reaches you under the very best conditions.

Delivery fees: Complimentary for all orders within mainland France.
Lead time: chaque sac Infinity est réalisé à la commande par des artisans français et intègre une technologie de pointe nécessitant un assemblage minutieux. Ce processus d’exception justifie un délai de livraison estimé entre 4 et 6 mois à compter de la confirmation de commande.
Carrier: Delivery is entrusted to a private carrier selected for its reliability and expertise in handling luxury products.
Receipt: The client will be required to present a valid ID upon delivery to guarantee secure reception.

Returns
As our creations are made to order, returns cannot be accepted, except in the following situations:

• A manufacturing defect identified upon delivery.
• A discrepancy between the delivered product and the original order.

In either case, the client must contact our customer service at infinity@peuty.fr within 7 calendar days of delivery, providing photographic evidence.
After verification and validation by our team, a repair or an exchange will be offered at no additional cost.

Beyond this period, or without prior approval from our customer service, no returns will be accepted.
